I used James when I was in a tricky financial situation being self employed I didn't think I would be able to get a product and leave me feeling disheartened. I couldn't have been any more wrong! James treated me with respect. He went through everything so clearly and explained every available package in detail empowering me to make the right choice. He was very patient as I was nervous.
